Under Windows, it's best to use ActiveState Perl.
In order to manage your Perl package, you might want to use either:
1. Command-line approach:
C:\>perl -MCPAN -e shell;
2. Easier management through GUI:
C:\>ppm
PPM is Perl Package Manager provided by ActiveState.
